Capita; Real Estate Projects has acquired a land in Al Areen Desert Spa which has been devoted to the establishment of Sarab Al-Areen project.

The project is comprised of a commercial complex and residential apartments. This project is considered a milestone in the field of family entertainment in the area, since it comprises many department stores, restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment places and niche residential flats built on the highest levels; and is expected to form a focal point of attraction of family entertainment in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as realizing expectedly high revenues for the Company in future.
